Delivery Schedule
We currently deliver to areas within a 30 mile radius to Coventry on selected days of the week. Delivery days and time slots will be shown at checkout.
Orders placed after the cut-off time for the week will automatically roll over to the next available delivery date.Packaging & Handling
Your meals are packed in temperature-controlled boxes with ice packs designed to keep food safe and chilled for up to 24 hours after dispatch. Once received, meals should be refrigerated immediately and consumed by the use-by date shown on each label.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery or provide an incomplete address, we cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds, as the meals are perishable. If your parcel is delayed by the courier beyond the delivery window, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate.
Due to the perishable nature of our freshly prepared meals, The 29 States is unable to offer refunds or returns once your order has been dispatched. All meals are made to order and delivered chilled for optimal freshness and food safety, so they cannot be resold or reused once they leave our kitchen.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged packaging, missing items, or an incorrect delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your meals by emailing 29performance@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or credit.
We cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by:
- Incorrect address or delivery instructions provided at checkout
- Missed deliveries or delays once the parcel is with our courier
- Failure to refrigerate meals immediately upon delivery
